Description
The fiber optic arc light sensor uses the ultraviolet characteristic spectrum of arc light as the detection signal, greatly reducing the interference of environmental light on the detection signal, which can lead to false positives and missed detections. It consists of three parts: the fiber optic arc light probe, the sensing fiber, and the photoelectric receiver. In the entire arc discharge, ultraviolet light below 400nm accounts for more than 70% of the entire spectrum. Therefore, the main detection object of the arc light probe is ultraviolet light. When an arc light fault occurs, the wide-angle arc light detection head can capture the arc light signal within milliseconds and transmit it through the fiber to the photoelectric module, converting the optical signal into an electrical signal for indication. The entire process takes no more than 100ms, providing a reliable basis for quickly eliminating faults and eliminating hidden dangers. The arc light probe developed independently by Yuanxun Optoelectronics is stable and reliable, easy to install and use, and all technical indicators are strictly implemented in accordance with the relay protection industry standards.
