The Coliimator consists of a set of telephoto collimating optical systems, it reshapes the beam emitted from the fiber optic to achieve good collimation effect and beam shape within a certain distance range.
Adopting a non adhesive, non air gap, and non reflective technology solution, it solves problems such as speckle, hollow light beam spots, and uneven energy distribution, with a transmittance of over 90%.
Single-mode fiber collimator is packaged by precise positioning of fiber pigtail and focusing lens, which can transform the output light of fiber into parallel light beam (Gaussian beam) or couple external parallel light into the fiber. It can also be used alone to achieve the required spot size at a specific position according to the predetermined divergence angle. According to the working distance, it can be divided into fixed working distance (fixed focus) collimator and variable collimator for working distance range. Conventional lenses or Grin lenses should be selected according to different working distances. We recommend installing the collimator in an optical precision adjustment frame for adjustment to ensure the best coupling efficiency. This product requires a minimum order of 10 pieces. The light signal captured by the arc light probe is transmitted through the sensing fiber to the photoelectric receiver for photoelectric conversion. The signal output is in the form of a digital TTL signal or an analog voltage signal, realizing high-speed signal detection and transmission, providing a reliable basis for quickly detecting faults and eliminating safety hazards.
